Conveyancing Solicitors Hull FAQs

Ready to Talk?

How do you make buying and selling a property less stressful?

Everyone knows that buying and selling a property can be a very stressful time. To take away as much stress as possible, we handle the entire process from start to finish – with clarity and confidence.

When things are going smoothly, we’ll keep you up to date. If something crops up that might slow the process down, we’ll let you know about that too. We go above and beyond to make the process as clear (and smooth) as possible.

If the other party’s estate agent or solicitor is being unresponsive or unhelpful further up the chain, we’ll chase them up on your behalf and make sure things keep moving along. Anything to make you feel at ease and keep you on track for completion.

Can I choose a Solicitor before a buyer is in place?

When you’re selling your home, you don’t have to wait until a buyer has been found to instruct a Solicitor to get to work. Appoint us in advance and we could have all the necessary paperwork on file so that it can be sent out immediately once a buyer has been found. One less thing for you to worry about!

I’ve had an offer accepted – what should I do now?

As soon as you have made the decision to buy a property and your offer has been accepted, give us a call and we’ll arrange a meeting or call to get the ‘wheels in motion’.  We’ll talk to you in a warm and friendly way that’s easy to understand and hold your hand throughout the entire process. From start to finish. Drop us a text, send us an email or give us a call. Whatever suits you, we are here to help ease the stress of the whole conveyancing process.

Where can I learn more about the Buying and Selling process?

If you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed by the whole process, don’t worry. Give us a call and we’ll be happy to explain what stage you’re at and the work that needs to be done to get you where you want to be.

We can also provide you with a free Buyers Guide or Sellers Guide to moving home, which lots of clients find extremely useful as they can read them at their leisure and use them as a reference point

Apart from the stress and general uncertainty that often goes with disputes and litigation, people often worry about legal costs. Legal costs can often run away as a case takes longer, becomes more complex or the other party becomes super unreasonable.

We manage legal costs by putting you in control.

  • Set agreed budgets for initial work
  • Set budget for each phase of work
