Here at James Legal we recognise there are many legal and practical issues you are facing every day when running and managing your business. We’d like to give you the opportunity to talk to us about these.
Following the success of our recent GDPR round-table discussion, we’re hosting a regular gathering of business owners and senior manages (over a coffee and a biscuit) to discuss with us the legal issues facing businesses today. Each month we will be choosing a Q&A topic, ranging from a new commercial legal development to common areas that employers have been grappling with for years.
Places are limited to 12 attendees, so that you will have ample time to bounce ideas off each other and air your questions to our specialist lawyers in this field.
Our employment lawyer, Sara Brown, and commercial/corporate solicitor Byron Swarbrick will be hosting the informal meetings.
The first round table will be held at James Legal’s Hull office on Tuesday 11 September at 10am until 12pm and the first topic will be “Managing Misconduct and Disciplinary Procedures”.
The content of the talk will be steered by the group and your questions, however, topics to be covered include:-
- Managing misconduct
- Investigating potential misconduct
- Conducting a disciplinary procedure
