Molly’s New Adventure11-01-2017
It’s great to see our former apprentice Molly Izatt moving up to a junior role in our Family law team. Molly joined us in September 2014 as an administrative apprentice. Having completed her apprenticeship year, she took on the role of office administrator in 2016.
Shadowing Debbie and Sarah in our Family department, Molly is now planning to study for her Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) legal qualification, to become a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Family law.
She said: “I’ve loved my time at James Legal so far. After a year of school sixth form, I decided that I was bored and wanted to get a job and learn as I worked, and this company gave me a chance to do exactly that.
“It’s a great company with a great, supportive team. Thanks to them, I’ve developed more than I could have imagined, from being relatively shy to really coming out of my shell and thinking of myself as quite a people person.
“I really enjoy family law because of the opportunity it gives us to make a difference to people’s lives when they are experiencing some of their biggest highs and lows.”
Molly’s promotion has made way for our new apprentice Tom Owens – and we’ll be introducing you to Tom very soon.
James Legal Managing Director and Solicitor Nick Miller added: “It’s really fantastic to see talented team members like Molly achieving their potential. We pride ourselves on taking a fresh approach as a business, and that includes the way we support and invest in our team.
“Well done our Molly!”
