What makes me tick?
I am very organised which comes in handy in the fast moving world of residential property. I get the most satisfaction when a client’s transaction runs smoothly and we know we have provided them with the best possible service, turning what can be a stressful time into a pleasant experience.
My experience
Having worked at another local law firm for 4 years in conveyancing, I wanted a new challenge and was given the opportunity to join the James Legal team. I look forward to developing my career further within the property department of a down to earth, modern law firm.
Outside of work
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, although after recently purchasing my first house, cooking and cleaning seems to be higher up on my agenda than socialising! I also enjoy travelling and try to see as many countries as I can.
What I do?
I specialise in the following legal and business areas:
- Assisting the residential property team with all aspects of the transaction
- Updating clients, estate agents and other solicitors with the progress of ongoing matters
- Opening and closing files
- ID Checks
- Property searches
- Dealing with registrations at the Land Registry
