Cake – how will the business cake be divided?

Agreements

It is crucial to have some “rules” from the outset which govern the internal relationship of the stakeholders and key people in your business; without these “rules” the chances of conflict can increase. VAT registration?

Depending on the type, nature and predicted turnover of your business you may need to think about registering for VAT. It may be that you don't have to register, but equally you may choose to register for other sensible business reasons.

Business plan

Think about where you want to be in 6 months, 12 months and 5 years-time as well as what your long term exit strategy is. We have extensive experience in assisting with and preparing business plans, across many business sectors, from start-ups, to multi-million pound businesses.

Disputes - Internal or external

The easiest way to deal with a dispute is to sort it out before it becomes a dispute. The longer a dispute goes on, the more personal, stressful, distracting and expensive it can become. Logos / marketing

How important is branding to your business? A distinctive logo and a well thought out marketing plan can either mean the difference between success and failure.
