What a year it’s been!11-12-2018
Well, we can’t quite believe it but our InspiringBusiness2018 campaign is drawing to a close after a fantastic year.
And what a finale we had at the Hallmark Hotel on 22 November – with over 100 people gathered to hear from our latest inspirational speakers, Andy Lampard, co-owner of the Highfield House wedding venue in Driffield and successful design house Zopsigog, and business funding expert Darren Peacock.
Both full of insights from their many years in business, Andy’s main advice was ‘jump!’. Success is all about being brave enough to follow your dreams, and focus on the things that matter, including family and friends. Meanwhile, Darren’s words of wisdom culminated in a quote from the inimitable John Lennon: ‘Everything will be OK in the end and if it’s not, it’s not the end’.

- Tender and bid-writing support from The Marketplace worth up to £6,000, starting with a detailed procurement and supply chain assessment, and, potentially, a 12-month supply of tender reports and help with identifying, completing and submitting one grant funding application

Together with our partners, we will surround the competition winners with every kind of advice and help they need to build on and achieve success.
