What makes me tick?

I am an extremely smiley, approachable individual who thrives most when I am helping other people. I love talking to clients and working with them to reach their goals. From the minute our client walks through the door, I make them feel at ease. Making what can sometimes be a complicated process as easy and as simple as possible. I thrive the most when I know that our client is happy.

My experience

I have 5 years of customer service experience, so I know how important it is to provide clients with the best service possible. I have also graduated from Northumbria University where I studied Law and passed my Legal Practice Course.

I started at James legal on reception in August 2022 and I have now progressed from a paralegal to a trainee solicitor in the corporate/commercial team.  I am looking forward to progressing my career even further and becoming a qualified solicitor.

Outside of work

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my friends and family, especially when it involves going for something nice to eat. I love to keep busy on the weekends and my favourite thing to do is go for long walks, particularly in the countryside or by the seaside. I love to keep my fitness up by either attending the gym or going on a late afternoon run. I look forward to travelling to new places around the world with the people most important to me.

What I do?

I assist the Corporate and Commercial team with the following:

  • Help new business and setting up new companies
  • Business sale and purchases
  • Share sale and purchases, management buy-outs and group re-organisations
  • Shareholders’ agreements
  • Share buy-backs
  • Advise on share ownership, share options, allotments and transfers
  • Advise on company documents and procedures, appointments and removals
  • Commercial Terms and Conditions, including goods and services
  • Employment Settlement Agreements

We only do modern and friendly. We don’t do stuffy or grumpy.
