What makes me tick?

In the office I ensure that everything is running smoothly, this helps to make the fee earners day just that little bit easier. I love to make sure things are organised and done in a certain way as my role is important to the rest of the team.

My experience

I have 5 years sales experience which has built up my customer service skills, meaning I am approachable to clients in what can be a stressful time.

Outside of work

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, going for long walks with my Malshi Lottie and going anywhere that involves eating out.

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Assisting fee earners with court bundles and administrative tasks
  • Assisting the reception team with call handling
  • Ensuring the office looks presentable
